Join us for Port Jefferson's 6th annual American Music Festival, sponsored by J. Faith Entertainment and the Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. September 23rd,24th,25th will be loaded with 25 headlining bands and emerging artists on multiple stages around Port Jefferson. Don't miss Friday night's Kick-off concert featuring The Legendary Gary U.S. Bonds. Then on Saturday, in addition to the artists playing throughout the village, check out the very talented Rosie Ledet & the Zydeco Playboys who will be performing a free concert on the PJ Ferry Dock. If you still want more music to fill your dancing shoes, hop on the Kerry Ferry Blues & Brews Cruise on the PJ Ferry, featuring blues-rocker Kerry Kearney & special guests. To conclude the weekend's event, even more funk, rock, jazz, and blues will be spilling onto the street, free to the public.
The event will also provide a special Kid-Zone that includes rides and hands-on activities. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun-fueled days of the American Music Festival. All proceeds will go to the Long Island Music Hall of
Fame Museum, and funding for the 2012 Festival. So come on down and dance your pants off!
